1. Who we are

SincHR Solutions SAS ("SincHR", "we", "us", "our") is a software company providing an HR compliance and workforce analytics platform. Our registered office is at 19 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws, SincHR acts as the data controller for data collected through our website and as a data processor for employee data our customers upload into the SincHR platform.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Website visitors

2.2 Platform customers

When you use the SincHR platform, we collect account data (name, email, role), billing information, and usage logs. Employee data uploaded by customers (names, salaries, roles, departments) is processed on behalf of the customer as data processor.

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect special categories of personal data (racial origin, health data, political opinions, etc.) through our website. Our platform may process such data only at the explicit instruction of the customer and under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent — analytics cookies, marketing emails
